I have been reading a lot of crap from McCain supporters saying they own a thriving business but will scale back so it makes less than 250K. They also say they will lay off Obama supporters. Lol I am sure those people hated working for you, and guess what you will get to pay their unemployment insurance. So you are gonna be a big baby and take your ball and leave because you didn’t get it your way? Basically you are saying you want to insure the economy fails. Guess what there are a lot of intelligent folks out there that just happened to grow up poor. That would love to make over 0K a year, and wouldn’t mind paying extra taxes because we would still be better off. Basically go ahead kill your business and create a vacuum people like me will be quick to get some loans and money together to grow a business to topple you anyhow. See some people want America to succeed, and we realize the better you treat your workers the happier they are, and the more money they put back into the economy. Your workers put way more money back into the system than the rich cry babies do.
Nice answer Don. I agree. I think they are acting like the spoiled rich kids we all remember who were no good at sports, but always owned the equipment. When they strike out or whatever they cry and say "I am taking my ball and going home"
Why should I care if your ball doesn’t bounce as high? Sure there are a few very few good employers out there that treat the employee well, but the rest take money from the workers to put more in their own pockets. We don’t get regular raises anyhow.
Oh yeah if you don’t want to pay taxes then make a tax deductible donation and quit crying.
Lol I am not a lazy liberal. I am a republican that is fed up. I am a hard worker. I came from a poor family with an alcoholic Father. I went to college on my own full time while working full time. I had no support from anyone, and was 100% on my own. So I am betting your parents put you through college. I worked my butt off only to get laid off in this economy and now I can’t find a suitable replacement.
Sorry the rich didn’t get rich by working hard. Most of the rich came from wealthy parents. At one point your wealthy ancestors stole some one elses then called it their own. Then the rich continue to rob the worker. The rich sit around talking on the phone they are the lazy ones. While they pay someone a wage they can’t survive on to do all the real work.
The rich people are thieves or were descended from thieves. You stole your land and you continue to steal from the worker.
No one forgets who puts the money in the system. The common worker is the one who puts the money in the system. The common worker is who buys your overpriced crap. The worker is the one who does the hard work for you lazy so called elite. So if you take from the worker no one will buy your crap anymore and you will be poor too. Look we are all in this together, but not all people in bad financial situations are lazy. I don’t have an x-box 360 or any other video game system. Yeah I do smoke pot, but I don’t sit around all day doing that. I smoke a little to help my stomach problems once in awhile, and smoke none when I work.
seriously what really happened to the small business? I remember when I was young there were little family owned deli’s and resturaunts everywhere. Now I can’t find nearly as many choices for decent food as I used to. I am sorry but those small business owners were hard workers, but they are gone now? The reason they are gone is because of greed. The corporations gobbled them up.
Lol ungreatfull employees. What do they have to be greatful for? What some rich person in your family passed a business down to you so you underpay your employees to do all the work. I am sick of working for other people, and can make more money working for myself easy than I can working for rich jerks.
I am not getting a loan from a bank. I have been working on some things talking to other people about our mutual discontent and we are trying to pull together to create a business as I type. There are other ways to get a loan than going to a bank.
Oh by the way Obama isn’t gonna give me anything of yours dude. I was upper middle class now I am sinking into lower middle class. Cry me a river I got my own problems, and I am working hard to pull myself out of them.
Not many employers out there are loyal. When I was an employee I was very loyal always going above and beyond. As far as overtime was concerned I always felt how could I ask for a raise if I don’t take ever overtime opportunity given. When layoff time came they would choose to keep a friend of the family who was a worse worker over me. I had a good home business going last year, but things came up, and I have to start again. Soon I will get the 3 new ideas I have all running, and I will be doing well. I won’t pay taxes to the politicians though. See I will give tax deductible donations instead. I don’t need more than a decent house, and a car for the wife and I, and food, and clothes for my kids.
See I am too poor to get all that big corporate welfare money the Government loves to throw out there, and I make to much to get any assistance from the government. People on welfare who work part time at Taco Bell have more free money than me at the end of every month. Honestly I don’t ever want to work for anyone again, and things are looking good.
