clothes fits looser, scale says no weight loss?

I’m on south beach and I started by doing 15 mins on an eliptical, now I’m up to 30 minutes. I just had a baby 3 months ago. My clothes fits looser, I definately feel the difference; however, the scale bounces back and forth 3 pounds. My sister hadn’t seen me in two weeks and she noticed the weight loss, why doesn’t the scale reflect my loss?

muscle weighs more than fat. You replaced your fat with muscle, and it shows.

creepy you must keep in mind that the scale doesnt necessarily tell you how much weight you’ve lost. You couldve gained muscled and inches the scale wont tell you that. so the scale doesnt say the fat you’ve lost and its muscle like I said so dont worry about it

    muscle gain.

muscle weighs way more than fat.

don’t worry about what the scale says tho, if you look and feel good, than thats all that matters.

scales are stupid. lol jk :)

muscle weighs more than fat. so you may have lost weight but gained to back in muscle. its not a bad thing.

i agree with "the english teacher." its deff. because u’ve replaced the fat w/ muscle and thats pretty easy to notice. muscle does wiegh more than fat and thats probably why the scale isnt showing that u’ve lost weight

are you having your baby in your arms when you are weighing yourself?

Or it can also be that you have grown strong due to lot of vitamin tablets,,,,

just wild guesses i have no real knowledge about this.
