Could I have lost 9 lbs in a month?

With cutting calories waaay back, cutting out most junk food and pop, and walking 1 hr a day 4-5 times a week? A month ago the Dr said I weighed 134 now my new digital scales says I weigh 125.

    Yes, but what kind of weight? I have hear you can only metabolize 1-2 lbs of fat in a week. What you probably have lost is water, and stuff in your digestive track, which is good. It is really good to get rid of waist, but it is not fat. That is why so many people gain their weight back after a fast, or a diet.
    The walking is good to burn calories and tone muscle and stimulate the ‘feel-good’ hormones, which is a big help in weight loss.

    Keep up the good work, but add some good food and snacks. You can’t live on on a diet forever! We eventually either binge or go back to eating more…because we need it.

    some people loose like 6-8 lbs in a week by doing all of that, so yeah its normal if you did.

    yeah sure it’s possible…infact if u ran for that time u would’ve lost more…try to run..CONGRATS
