I think it is very pretty. I give it a 8.5. Points taken off for pronunciation confusion. Still a great name though.

when i saw the name i thought that it was pronounced (de-oh-na)
people not being able to always read and pronounce her name might make her uncomfortable like in school and whatnot

I would pronounce it as Die-On-A. I like your pronounciation but I think you should spell it Deana for it to be pronounced properly. I rate the pronouciation of it 8
