Does fasting for a full day and doing nothing but strength training and cardio cause weight gain?
I noticed my pounds shot up sky high. I don’t know if something is wrong with my digital bodyfat scale or what, but I gained 3 extra pounds. I was working out vigorously today too on no food at all today. Trying to tap into those bodyfat stores. What happened, why did the weight go up? Where did the pounds come from if I didn’t eat anything today?

Drink a lot of water? Wearing different clothes? How old is the battery in the scale, and have you moved it? Mine has to reset if picked up and moved.
