This is from one of the band’s practice sessions at the Grandstand of Guinobatan Sports Center, municipality of Guinobatan, province of Albay, Republic of the Philippines. FCR Band organizer lends these indigent but talented youngsters the musical instruments and then takes care of the free training/ education. I think transportation and food expenses during practice sessions are free as well.
