Released 1 today and 0.2 yesterday! Woo hoo! Got a digital food scale finally! Thanks to MsHcgGirl for pointing out that I was saying HGC instead of HCG. I’m just dingy that way! I’ll get it.

I weigh my food, so a DS is good to have. I put portions in sandwich bags so they are easy to get out again. I have a George Foreman Grill & I use Parchment paper when cooking meats on it & that makes clean up a breeze!
