How did i gain that much so quickly?
I weighed myself yesterday and had lost 0.8 kg (i have digital scales). Yesterday i ate a small serving of macaroni and cheese, but threw it up (DON’T judge me) and for dinner i had a piece of grilled fish and ceaser salad, which i kept down.
I had a mini binge about half an hour ago, i had a piece of toast, a toasted english muffin and a bowl of coco pops with lite milk.
I weighed myself just now, and it said i had gained 0.7kgs!!
What the heck happened? i know i didnt eat 0.7kgs worth of food just now. :/
For the ppl who will judge, I do exercise, btw. I just throw up sometimes too. and i dont starve that often.

















I say don’t worry about it, .7 pounds is not a big deal, your body will naturally fluctuate in weight slightly throughout the day.
And if you’re that concerned about weight, don’t stress over it. Eat healthy (lots of veggies, not a lot of carbs like bread and sugar). And exercise will make the most difference, obsessing over the number on a scale won’t.
maybe its swelling from you throwing up, or maybe your body is in starvation mode and clinging to every ounce of fat
Sorry but I’m going to judge you only because I care. I don’t know much about purging. But throwing up consistently can damage your esphogus and cause esphogus bleeding in the stomach. Which can kill you. Please just excersise. Throwing up is so dangerous. And can cause tooth decay. Yes I judged you, but not in a vicious way. I truly…I know. It’s hard. I’ve been in that mindset. I really don’t want you to get hurt.
Your weight can fluctuate easily by a kilo or more from day to day just by how much fluid you have and other changes. Weighing yourself every day is frustrating and misleading, and you would be better off to weight once a week (or less) so you can see if there are meaningful changes over time. A change of less than a kilo is not anything to be concerned about! And it wold be great if you would get some help about the eating disorder. This is really bad for your health in so many ways.
