How do i know if i might be coming down with ana?
About 2 weeks ago i got depress. When i get depress i don’t eat i just lay in bed and slept and did nothing else. I didn’t eat for 3-4 day bekase for some resoun i can’t put food in my mouth when im depress. I lose about 4 pounds which claims my bad scale. My bad scale is this digital one that is kinda broken. Well any lately I don’t feel like eating , I eat only 2 meals a day and I feel obese about measing my weist and weighing my self like up to 3 times a day . I have two scales in my house. i use my old scale which is old fashion and still works it claim im 161-163 pounds, my deight claims im 167 before meals and 169 after. Which one it right also im 5’9. My waist is 30 1/2 , how many intchs do need to become skinner.

First of all, you cannot "come down with ana" like a common cold and the fact that you called it "ana" makes me think you have been on the websites that glorify it. You can choose to become anorexic – I have seen people do it and today more and more girls and women are becoming anorexic by choice. If you think you can become a "victim" of anorexia all of a sudden, you have a very confused thinking process or just bad info. At 5’9" you are perfectly healthy at your current weight – whether it is 161 or 169, your weight is perfect. I highly recommend that you start walking every day for at least an hour. That will improve your depression which started 2 weeks ago. Stay off the scale and use the time to exercise – if you are not able to hold your breathe for at least 45 seconds, you need to exercise more. And also, please spend more time in English spelling and vocabulary class and make use of the spell checker here.
