How to measure meat without scale?
I got put on a diet for the rest of my pregnancy because the baby is growing to fast they have me weighing out meats and i don’t know how to without scales so if any one can help and let me know approximately how to measure one ounce of meat cooked without weighing it?? Thanks so much

the only way i could do it without a scale is to know how much the meat weighs and the just divide it into portions by looking at it.
one ounce has to be a little smaller than a golf ball,i think.
kckli is right. one serving is probably 4 oz. so think a fourth of a deck of cards?
I don’t know about ounces-wise, but "one serving" of meat is about the same size as a pack of playing cards.
