I CANT stay motivated!!! Digital scale confuses me?!?
I am trying soooo hard to lose weight by summer, I am so extremely disgusted and tired of seeing myself when I look oin the mirror and don’t feel good in any clothes. Last week I had lost two pounds according to my digital scale. I was happy. But this week as been a nightmare. First on Monday I was 184, then I was 186, then 184, now Im i85. I can’t stay stable, what am I doing and why can’t I lose weight??? I cut back calories and dont eat fast food any more. I bought these iFit cards and have used them twice this week…..still no luck, it says I’ve gained a pound back, and no its not muscle weight because I haven’t lifted any weights…

Are you sure you’re doing it in the same place at the same time each time? Also, try not to weight yourself every day, things like having water in your bladder can make the numbers go up.
Google up P90X it’s awesome for loosing weight and getting some muscle, but it feels like a boot camp.
