I want to lose weight!!!! please answer this questions with a non generic answers!?
I am a 16 year old girl, i’m about 5’4 and as of today I weigh 119lbs on my moms digital scale, I really wanna get down to 105lb or even 100lb bc I’m a cheerleader and last year my bases always complained about how much weight i had gained and about me being heavy. Ok if I were like the cheerleaders on tv who starve themselves everything would be great, but no! real cheerleaders eat, and i love to eat! I think about food all the time! 24/7 no lie!
Here is what i ate today
Breakfast- lean chicken pattie (random… i know), 1 egg and about 3 tablespoons of hashbrowns
Snack- i failed at staying away from the snack machine and I ate 1 whole pop tart and a 1/2 of the second one but I felt bad and threw the rest away
Lunch- tortilla wrap (usually its whole wheat but im not sure if this one was) ,with chicken and lettuce inside, tortilla chips in a small snack bag, and mandarin oranges
Snack- ok i just got my licence and wanted to look cool with the rest of the ppl from my school so i got a large sweet tea after school…. not an everyday thing i usually come home and snack
Excercise: 20 mins of a core slimdown thing on demand (tv) and 100 crunches and 20 push ups
its too hot to run and everytime i wanna go its, u need to study and when im not running its… daughter ur getting fat….

Whoa, for one tell people who say you need to lose weight to seriously $*#@* themselves. In school I was 5’4 and have been since middle school and when I was 105 and 16, that was really too skinny. I was always small and had trouble gaining weight. When I was out of high school and in my early 20′s the most I’ve ever weighed was near 130, And I wasn’t over weight, I was still skinny. SO if you were interested in cheerleading or sports in the future, remember They can’t discriminate even if you were 150. You’re still going through puberty so you’re going to need to eat and all that. Don’t over do yourself and don’t listen to what people say, or the media, all that is bull%^$%#. It’s important to exercise and take vitamins and eat evenly portions of food for each meal, veggies, fruits, protein etc. Don’t eat a lot of food after 9 pm, they say that isn’t the best for digestive system. Drink lots of water, don’t eat a lot of fatty foods like mc donalds or fried food. Organic food is good too. A good activity could be tai kwon do or karate, things like that. Well, I think 100 or 105 is too skinny. Maybe 115 and just tone your body. It doesn’t matter how much you weight, but what you look like. Just get down to 115 and then work out, as in build muscles. Why would they tell you you need to be 100 or 105, that’s lame! But good luck!

try some oatmeal for breakfast or some yogurt with granola.
your lunch isnt that bad, but try to switch it up with a grilled chicken salad or some tuna in a whole wheat pita. drink ONLY water as a drink. skip the poptart and instead have a low gal granola bar or a piece of fruit such as an apple or banana as a snack. try to eat as healthy as possible but dont deprive yourself, allow yourself things in moderation such as chocolate once every 1-2 weeks. if you deprive yourself, youll end up feeling worse and binging.
exercise is also very important. try your hardest to get at least 30 mins of exercise 4-5x a week. the best calorie burner is cardio (running, swimming, biking). it seems as if you dont belong to a gym, but really try to run! start of with just a mile, and everntually youll make it to 2,3,4..etc. its alot cooler in the morning, so you could try to run before school a few days a week or when the sun goes down before or after dinner. try to walk places as much as possible or even ride your bike.
and yes, REAL girls eat! so good for you for not being one of those people you see on tv/magazines!
