   Isaac Alexander- 10 Love it! Isaac is one of my favorite names! Isaac Alexander is very nice.
   Casey Elizabeth- 8 Very Pretty.

   Casey Elizabeth – 4 (it sounds good together, but i don’t really like Casey)

   casey elizebeth-elizabeth is very common its even my middle name and i dont like the name casey id say a 6

   Isaac Alexander is lovely (10) but I agree with the earlier commenter that Casey isn’t terribly nice. I like Elizabeth though (so 3 for the combination but 9 for Elizabeth).

   i personaly like casey elizabeth both are good first and middle.just dont name your baby a name even you have trouble saying and spelling. my son’s name is justin something easy and simple

    Isaac Alexander 10! I love both and they sound great together.

    Casey Elizabeth I give a 1.5. The .05 for Casey and 1 for Elizabeth. I just really don’t like either name. I will give that the name has a nice flow though.

    Isaac Alexander is very nice, but I prefer Alexander Isaac (I just like Alexander better)
    Casey is too casual for Elizabeth. How about Christine Elizabeth?
