Kevin Schosek – Posing 11 Weeks Out
Okay so after dieting for 2 weeks I decided I was getting too lean too quickly and chose to go on a 4 week “mini-bulk” and this is the end result of it. Weight is around 190 pounds and strength is better than ever, I hit new PR’s at almost every workout this week. So now, the plan is to bust out the digital food scale and get serious…I’m 10 weeks and 5 days out of the NPC Mr. Buffalo and will be coming in right at the top of the middleweight class (around 175) aiming for 3% bodyfat.
