My Journey To 6 Pack Abs – Episode 15
It has been a long time since I posted a video. I fell off the band wagon and been on a plateau for the past 3 months but that’s all about to change. My body weight is 184 pounds and my body fat is 11.5%. I brought myself a couple of new toys. A digital scale for weighing food and an Omron Body-Fat Analyzer. Also a new bathroom scale. I know how that if I want to have ripped 6 pack abs I’m going to have to coupt calories and weigh my food. I’m also going to need to eat 6 meals per day without exceeding 3 hours without eating a meal so that my body doesn’t start to burn muscle tissue. It’s important not to subtract calories too much or you will burn muscle.

















You’ve probably noticed that I look a little smaller in the chest area and in the arms. This is because I lost alot of muscle during my long slack off period. Itreally sucks because muscle is so hard to gain back. I think I lost over 4 pounds of muscle.
