Portion Control After Gastric Bypass

Do I still eat freakishly small portions one year after my Gastric Bypass Surgery? Not really. At least I don’t think so. I’m NORMAL! And healthy ;)

Aren’t those creamy bites high in carbs too, if you’re taking 2-3 a day? The news about citric acid and calcium carbonate together is GREAT! I never knew this! Thanks, Faith!

Great info! I may have to try out the Tums secret. Congrats on being almost a year post-op. Your video gives me hope that I will one day be able to eat normally also. :)

I can’t believe how GREAT you look. Your face looks so much smaller…. even compared to a couple of months ago! Keep up the good work and thanks for all the information. I haven’t had the surgery but I still enjoy watching your videos.

You look fantastic. I love your hair! As crazy as this sounds, I go through your videos by the week I’m on. I’m 14 weeks post op, I refuse to look ahead at your “week # XX” videos until I’m on that week. It is amazing to me that so many of us feel the same way at the same points along the way. I had even hit the same plateau you did at this point & lost the same weight almost down the lb. Weird, but your videos give me hope that the scale will move again. :)
