Question about weighing my 15 month old son?

My son is now 15 months old and he hasn’t been weighed since he was 12 months. Does he still have to be weighed on a baby’s scale or can i weigh him on a normal scale?

Thanks will appreciate all answers.

You can weigh him at home by weighing yourself while holding him, then without holding him, and subtracting.

If I remember correctly, they didn’t start weighing my son on the normal scale until he was 24 months.

My son just had his 18M checkup, and they still used a baby scale… he is really too long for it, but he wouldn’t stand still to do it on the regular scale…

the best way to weigh him is to hold him and weight you both together then weigh just you and subtract the numbers and whats left is how much the lil one weighs. its easier than trying to get him to hold still on a scale.
