So did I lose 2 kilos/lbs this week?
I got a health-o-meter scale, digital, body fat calibration, bmi, and ofcourse water weight. My body is made up of 63 % water. After a gym work out my weight stayed the same but my body fat got lower. So this week I guess its safe to say that I lost about 2 lbs. I went from 14% to about 11.7 percent by not eating snack foods all week. But let me ask you this, after food and water eating I got the scale and got myself at 14.1 percent body fat in the afternoon, but in the next morning after detox i got 13 %. Now like i said im 11.7, after doing detox(i guess sauna helped a bit). Is this right?
i am 5’11, at my tallest, and waking up in the morning im usually 5’10 1/2. i did stay the same lbs but i guess i did lose body fat…by drinking a lot of water?
