What are non digital kitchen scales called?

I don’t know if they actually have an name, but I can’t find anything on Google so I’m asking here.

      Things that are not digital are usually called analog.

      A digital scale would be one that shows numbers on a screen. An analog scale would be one that has a rotating needle that points to the weight.
