What the heck!?

Okay here is the thing, I weight 105 pounds on a digital scale in the weight room at school. I weight 101 on the scale at my house. I eaten a lot of junk foods today and now the old weight says I weight 96 pounds. That would mean I just loose 5lbs without trying…

I’m 16, but I’m 4’3" (Dwarfism).

Don’t say worms, because this was the only day I felt like eating junk foods. Also I can go pretty long with eating so I don’t have worms… But really…I’m gaining fat…but I’m gonna try to loose it in the Summer. But I’ve been working out and I would rather have less fat and more pounds on me.

101 or 105 pounds is below average for a dwarf with acondraplasia. I actually found a BMI for my type of dwarfism. :P
I loose 5lbs according to the scale at my house. The non digital scale.

It is normal for body weight to fluctuate between 2 and 5 pounds in a single day- this is mostly due to water weight. Though it is true that when people are building fat and losing muscle mass they will lose weight for a short time, it is also true that this process is completely reversible:) Since you are already aware that you are gaining fat and losing muscle, you know what I am going to tell you- lay off the junk food and hit the gym. It is unlikely that your weight loss is due to that though- again, body weight fluctuation is normal within that range. At least for normal sized people…I don’t know about for little people. Double check with your doctor:)

If the scale is electric it tends to vary more often than one that is none electric.
