Why am I not losing weight? Please help!?

I am 19, 5ft 5in, and on a 1,400 calorie diet. I NO longer drink juice, soda, or any sweets or candy. All I have been eating was fruits, veggies, protein, dairy (basically the main food groups). I have even been doing 35mins of cardio 4x a week and will be doing weightlifting next week. I am also 190 something pounds? Here is the problem: I weighed myself on Feb 26. and my weight was 197lbs. Then I weighed myself the next day Sun.Feb 27 and the scale said I weigh 193lbs. After this weigh in I worked out all week then I weighed myself Saturday, March 5 and the scale said I am 194lbs. Then I weighed myself again today Sunday March 6. and the scale said I weigh 193lbs.

I don’t know what to think. How much do I weigh? I have been using a new digital scale I got last summer. I even took out the batteries to test the accuracy and still nothing. I weighed myself on hard tile floor first thing in the morning before i eat and after I use the bathroom. I even weighed other things on my scale like a 12lb dumbell and it said it weighed 11.6lbs which was like .4lbs off. How much do I weigh?

I have been going to the gym for a week and expect at least a pound lost.
I mean I do feel lighter this morning.
I have been eating mainly oatmeal, fruits, veggies. Natural processed foods. No eating out.

Well, not knowing what exactly you are eating, I would say that 1400 calories is not enough and your body is holding onto the weight because it thinks its not going to get anymore nutrition. Or it could be that your intensity of cardio is not high enough or it could be that you are eating too many carbs/processed foods. Weight training will help and also interval training every other day will also help along with eating only natural foods, no bread or grains and only eating carbs (fruits) with protein…………

hello, I did have this diet issue for ages that it was hopeless. I used to be a diet product nuts. Until I stumpled upon this website, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first 2 weeks, but I felt great. After that first drop of weight, which was such a great experience, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I can’t remember that last time I was this light. Here’s the site: allloseweightnews.tk
