Why do i weigh differently at night than in the morning?

I weigh myself around midnight and again in the morning before i eat. But my new digital scale tells me that i weigh 2 to 3 pounds more at night than in the morning. i eat around five in the afternoon and exercise at 7. Im pretty sure the food digested in my stomach by midnight but i weigh so much differently at night than in the morning!
what is the problem with this?

it’s because at night you burn sum calories sleeping (just a few….don’t get excited) and the body has time to digest all you’ve eaten or drunk so that’s like 2 pounds less in the morning……….

Because you have drank liquids and ate all day – so you are bound to weight more at night. Good luck.

Weighing yourself in the morning is generally accepted as your average weight.

The reason is while you eat and drink all day, your body is holding the extra poundage of your meals. Once they are digested by the morning, you are at your true (or truer) weight without all that food.

youre body naturally fluxuates 2 to 3 pounds anyways.

and not to mention, its ONLY 2 lbs who cares? if you dropped 10 lbs over night then that would be something to ask about..

It’s mostly due to fluid levels in your body.

For accurate weight, be sure to weigh yourself at the same time everyday.
